Zebra vinyl labels are excellent for applications that require UL/CSA recognized labeling. They also offer superior performance in harsh environments where a high degree of scratch and smear resistance is required or where UV and chemcial exposure is common
The thermal labels on this page are for both desktop printers (1" core) and tbaletop printers (3" core). 1" core labels are listed first.
PolyPro 3000T is a thermal transfer white matte polypropylene label with permanent acrylic adhesive. Produces high quality black bar codes and human readable fonts.
Z-Ultimate 3000T is a thermal transfer pearl white gloss polyester label with a high performance permanent acrylic adhesive. Ideal for applications that require outstanding print quality and unequalled smear and scratch resistance. UL recognized for indoor or outdoor use
Z Ultimate 4000T is a thermal transfer pearl white gloss polyester label with a high performance permanent acrylic adhesive. Ideal for applications that require outstanding print quality and unequalled smear and scratch resistance. Recommended for shelf or scan-pallet applications, water immersed labels, or label in contact with moving parts. Features high resistance to chemicals and UV exposure

Label Width and Height
Understanding label width and height helps to select the correct label for your needs. For example, here is a 2" x 1" label. Almost all standard labels have a ⅛" gap between each label.
All printers have a maximum label width. If you\'re not sure of your printer's specs, you can check the maximum label width of your Zebra printer by clicking here.
Per roll or Per Case
Carefully read others' price/product descriptions. Are they quoting genuine Datamax labels and is the price based on per roll or per carton? Make sure before you purchase that the price you are quoted is a per carton price.
The labels in this section are for those printers that use a thermal transfer label. A ribbon is required for these labels!

1" Core - Outside Diameter 4"/5"
These smaller sizes are for smaller desktop thermal printers such as the TLP2824 or TLP2844.
